BrandoMix may transfer these rights in the event of a sale to a third party. Contributor agrees to cooperate and be fully accountable for the defense of any legal action initiated against BrandoMix resulting from the publication of the Submission. Contributor agrees to hold BrandoMix harmless and take full responsibility for any copyright claims. Contributor accepts liability for all costs associated with any litigation related to copyright claims or any other legal claims connected to the Submission. You commit to disclose to BrandoMix any real or potential conflict of interest, including but not limited to any financial interest in any product, website, partnership, firm, or commercial venture pertaining to the subject of the Posts. BrandoMix retains the right to remove any of the Posts from www.BrandoMix.in that violate its publishing standards, as determined solely by BrandoMix. BrandoMix may illustrate the Posts.
